This method is only applicable to domestic United States orders. This method is meant to ensure that you are fully aware of our transportation systems and initiatives. 

A. SHIPPING COST AND TAX:
All Shipping costs are $4.99 US dollars USD.
We Do Not Charge Any Membership.
B. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping abroad from the US are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). The package's receiver is responsible for paying taxes, tariffs, and customs fees.
Your shipment can be subject to local customs or VAT fees depending on the recipient country. For additional information about the customs regulations in your nation, we advise getting in touch with your neighborhood customs office.

C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:
Handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipments are in transit for 3 To 4 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time will be 08:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

D. Delivery Terms:
We use DHL Express, UPS, and USPS Shipping to deliver the product.

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

F. Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
